Shipping
art pieces are posted in recycled boxes. Orders are sent through the Finnish Postal Office (Posti) and will be dispatched in 5 working days – unless further notified.
Shipping costs vary depending on shipping country:
- Finland 10€
- EU 20€
- Rest of the world 30€
free bicycle delivery is available for Helsinki. All orders are shipped with tracking information. You get the tracking number via your email once the order has been shipped.
Returns
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. All of the returned items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. Studio Mokii is not responsible for packages mailed back; therefore, it is suggested that you use a trackable mail service when returning an order.
Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, excluding the cost of the original postage and packaging.

Payment
Payment is accepted via debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All the prices on the website are not subject to VAT. Note that when ordering outside EU, there might be some customs duties or import taxes. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
